Poultry.........................................

 1 – 2% of feed ration

Hogs ...........................................

 5-lb./ton for 2 weeks;
increase by 5-lb. each week to reach 25-lb./ton

Dogs............................................

 ½ - 1 teaspoon

Cats.............................................

 ¼ teaspoon
